Who Lives Here

Who our homes are for

We operate separate homes for men and women. Every applicant goes through a short screening, for their sake and for the sake of the house.

People rebuilding after treatment

Residents coming out of a program who want structure and a drug and alcohol free home while they get their footing.

People in outpatient care

Residents attending an outpatient program or counseling while they live, work, and build a routine in the community.

Working adults who need stability

People with a job and a plan who need a clean, affordable, drug free place to live, month to month, without a year long commitment.

What It Costs

One monthly rate, and it covers everything

One monthly fee covers your furnished room, all utilities, Wi Fi, laundry, and kitchen access. There are no application fees and no separate utility bills to budget for.

Rates depend on the home and the room, so give us a call. We will tell you what is open, what it costs, and what is due at move in, in about five minutes.

What you can expect when you place a client with us

We are a new home, and we would rather earn your trust with how we operate than with a page of testimonials. Here is what we commit to on every placement.

1

You get an answer the same day

Call or email about availability and we will respond with information about openings and next steps.

2

You get a direct line, not a call center

You have the cell number of the person who runs the house. If something happens at 9pm, you reach a decision maker, not voicemail.

3

You hear it from us first

When appropriate and with the resident's written consent, we can communicate relevant placement updates with referral partners.

4

Everything is in writing

A written resident agreement and a written intake process. We can provide these documents on request.

5

We tell you when we are not a fit

If a client needs a level of care we do not provide, we will say so and try to point you somewhere better. We would rather lose a placement than take one we cannot handle.

Documents we will send you on request

  • Resident agreement
  • Intake and screening process
  • Additional information available on request

Have a client who needs a placement?

FAQ

Common questions

What does the monthly fee cover?

Your furnished room, all utilities, Wi Fi, laundry, kitchen access, and basic household supplies. There is no separate utility bill and no application fee. Call us for current monthly fee rates and what is due at move in.

Do I sign anything?

You sign a resident agreement, which covers what your monthly fee includes and how notice works. It is month to month, not a year long commitment. Notice details are reviewed as part of the resident agreement.

Is this a treatment program?

No. This is housing. We provide a furnished, drug and alcohol free home with peer support and house structure. We do not provide detox, medical care, or clinical therapy. Many residents attend an outpatient program while living here and we will work around that schedule.

Can I keep working?

Yes, and we expect it. Residents work, attend school, or participate in a program. House meetings and check ins are scheduled around normal work hours.

How long can I stay?

There is no maximum. Most residents stay varies based on the resident's needs and circumstances. You are welcome here as long as things are going well and your monthly fee is current monthly fee.
